Most people look at me and immediately assume I spend hours in the gym every day, follow a very restrictive diet or that have really good genetics. That couldn’t be further from the truth.. I enjoy chocolate almost daily. Also love ice cream, pizza, burger, sushi, go on weekly date nights with my husband and spend less time in the gym than most people outside of the fitness industry. Also, as an ambitious career driven woman Type A kind of personality, I know what it feels like working long hours, giving it everything at work, and coming home so exhausted that all you do is binge on Netflix, have a glass of wine and maybe some ice cream to relax a bit. I never played any sports growing up and in my teens I was eating fast food almost daily which led me to almost becoming diabetic. So although I wasn’t overweight I wasn’t healthy either. My energy levels were always tanked and headache pills were part of my daily routine. The gym was the first place I started to build self discipline, grit and mental toughness. Transforming my own body helped me believe that I was capable of hard things in both personal and professional life. The mental skills that you build in the gym through resistance training are DIRECTLY transferable to almost every other area of your life. In 2018 I decided to take things to the next level and compete in the Bikini category so I stepped on stage and won 1st place in my class. My passion for fitness and nutrition started 16 years ago but it was only until after the competition that I turn it into a career. It was a natural transition, really, since I was always the "go to" friend when it came to health and fitness advice. And to date, I’ve helped over 250 ambitious women regain their confidence and feel more energized and love their reflection in the mirror. The majority of diet programs marketed to women use strategies to achieve a quick fix for instant gratification at a very high cost — years of muscle loss, saggy skin, imbalanced hormones, and a sluggish metabolism. My program focuses on fat loss and body recomposition (toning) for women who want to ditch yo-yo dieting, optimize energy and metabolism and perform at the highest level. Women under my guidance understand that when they make themselves a priority they perform better and have more to give to other areas of her life. Even with a busy work schedule.
