Running a business is like operating a Ferris wheel. The view at the top is exhilarating, and the magnificent customer experience fuels your mission, but you’re also Chief Design Engineer responsible for the 100,000 individual interconnecting parts that keep your wheel moving forward. Ensuring your business runs efficiently and effectively can seem complex, but it doesn’t have to be daunting. I am results-focused, and being easy to do business with is one of my values. But, what if you are wondering if I have the experience to lead the team that will help you? My experience in corporate and entrepreneurial environments stretches across several regions worldwide, including Canada, the USA, Latin America, and West Africa. One of my proud career accomplishments is leading a 150-person x-functional team through a $20 Million operations project at a multinational company and successfully launching a new technology program in four countries. I was responsible for planning, securing, and executing this technology introduction over three years in a high-profile environment. Today, I bring this big-company, big-thinking experience, combined with my entrepreneurial exposure, to add value to organizations with a clear purpose. Ideally, a purpose that is environmentally friendly and helps make the world a better place.
