I am currently phone banking specialist First National Bank Texas. Work duties include answering each call that comes through the line and assisting the customer with their requests. Helping customers apply for loans, debit card issues, and provide all other requests they need with their account. As a contract recruiter, I was recruiting for Onboarding Group located in Addison, Tx. I worked remote, sourced candidates on platforms such as Ziprecruiter, Career Builder, Indeed and more. I learned to utilize Paylocity as well. I averaged reviewing 45-60 candidates daily, setting up phone screens and submit to hiring managers if candidate was a good fit. 5-10 submittals a week, responsible for 20 open requisitions in multiple states. Left due to contract completed.

I was a trade recruiter on the National Branch for Talent Corps. I hired for trades all over the country such as construction, solar, and industrial projects. Responsibilities including sourcing for potential candidates that matched the positions I was assigned to hire for on platforms such as Ziprecruiter, Road Dog Jobs, the internal applicant system and social media such as Facebook. I interviewed the candidates over the phone, offer the position if they are a good fit, negotiate pay rates, send onboarding paperwork, e-verify and ran background checks. If everything came back as good to go, I submit them to the client directly and would inform the candidate of the client’s feedback. After they are hired on to the project, I keep in contact with them to oversee their progress, assist with any issues that may arise, and ensure that the correct actions are taken in each situation at hand. I also keep track of data for candidates that I spoke with, offered jobs to or refused, and if they are an applicant who is waiting for the right job to be placed at. I also train new internal hires with the sourcing process and data entry, and how to properly conduct phone interviews as well. All tasks are completed on phone calls and administrative duties, problem solving and team building.
