I love being creative. I have spent years doing some type of creative hobby from sewing, cross stitching, writing, and then moving into being creative in my work by helping to create adverts, social media posts and websites. I have spent over 20 years (I feel really old writing that) being an assistant/team secretary in various different industries including conveyancing, medical and now industrial valuations and auctions. It has helped me develop my skills in Microsoft Office, team working, auction management, accounting and then developing designing skills with regards to adverts and social media posts as my role changed to include marketing. With that change I discovered I love creating marketing content and challenging myself. I decided to change up my future and work on doing freelance marketing as it’s never too late to change things up and combine what I enjoy with my work. I am no stranger to challenges as I spent 6 years working on a degree with Open University while holding down a full time job and achieved a degree in Business Management. I am now concentrating on learning and redeveloping my skills in marketing and undertaking various online courses to ensure I can be the best that I can. It’s never too late to change things up and be who you want to be.
