My career revolves around building high-performing teams, particularly in high-growth tech startups, through an in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and general people operations. I've navigated roles in both large multinational organisations and rapidly growing startups and I love operating in both the strategic and tactical spaces. Several years ago, I realised that swimming in my own lane, confined by a job description, was nowhere near as fulfilling as the prospect of joining an early stage or scaling startup and, in turn, embracing ambiguity and being open to delivering on projects outside of the traditional boundaries of a role. I like to get stuck into roles that naturally evolve based on team dynamics and the organisation's needs. I'm also passionate about working with organisations driving technological innovation to bring about meaningful change for the planet and its people.
