I see designing a learning program much like working on a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces come in different shapes and forms. Putting together the puzzle pieces can be meditative, exciting, and even addicting, especially when the picture starts to show. Now, unlike a jigsaw puzzle, the parts of a learning program don't come in a box. Those bits are jumbled in your brain - or maybe in your storage. It's also likely that there are parts for two or more puzzle/courses in there. As a learning experience designer, I help get those puzzle pieces out and sort them, connecting the right shapes to make a perfect fit. I do it one part at a time until the picture of your learning program unfolds. When you finally put the program and courses up for your audience to see, they will be like masterpieces - stimulating thinking, creating experiences, building connections, and transforming lives. ☀️ I create value in several ways, most of which involve designing learning programs and courses. I lead learning design and development teams, consult for companies, design courses for coaches, and mentor rookie course creators.
