Hi! I have 13 years of experience in program management within the education industry, and I am a Certified ScrumMaster. I have an insatiable thirst for process improvement as a data-driven professional with a background in psychology. Understanding how brains learn and process information underlie a people-first focus in continuous improvement. I am currently learning more about the Kaizen approach.   -Project Management----Average of 10-14 simultaneous projects at all times with varying deadlines. Legal deadlines 100% met, with the work increasing achievement for up to 100 learners per year. -Task Prioritization and Risk Management---My teams have never missed a deadline, preventing legal situations and failed audits for the last 12 years. With a professional background in psych that included stakeholder management and conflict resolution, I bring a people-centric approach to data-driven practices. -Adaptable and Organized---Working in cross-functional teams, there is a lot to consider when scheduling meetings with stakeholders. I communicate early and often in the preferred method of individuals so that everyone is on the same page. We don't have meetings that could have been an email. -Program Governance and Technical Writing---Leading teams to work together to collaboratively create compliant legal reports can be challenging. I stay up on legal updates and current trends, communicating changes to team members with the ultimate responsibility of compliance. I do not shy away from tough conversations because they help us grow. --Strong problem-solving and critical thinking---Beginning with the end in mind and utilizing a continuous feedback loop in a problem-solving model is how I plan strategically. I have been at the center of change management in multiple organizations, which has helped to shape my focus on the importance of data collection, strong analytical skills, collaboration, psychological safety, and being approachable. I have loads of grit and resourcefulness, having lived in Appalachian culture and working in educational environments with lean resources.
