- Using Design Thinking, envolving business management and vendors.
- IT project management, applying Agile Mindset: (1) Scrum's cerimonies and (2) tools (for instance,  Kanban) to manage daily activities of the team (+ 12 persons).
- Implementation of a 2 yerars Program (budget EUR ~700K), covering system development (.NET/DB Oracle), Analytics (Data Lake Implementation and Dashboards in Qlik and Power BI) and Robot Process Automation.
   - Reduction of around 60% in time for Invoice Entry (performance).
   - Effort reduction of around 80% in the processes that were automatized.
- Project methodology committee member enhancing the company standards and best practices at a corporate level, defining a hybrid methodology: Traditional + Agile Mindsets.

- Structuring the methodology to migrate legacy systems from acquired hospitals to the Shared Service Center (SSC), covering Finance, HR, Procurement and Accounting  processes. Focus on team planning, prioritization of requirements and internal reporting to C-levels.
   - Conducted in 3 months, data migration and processes' standardization of 3 hospitals.
- Managing and supporting the career development of 5 professionals distributed in different regions of Brazil.

(1) Operational Process Diagnostic of Finance, HR, Procurement, Accounting and Taxes, Financial Viability Analysis.

- Participating in the Scrum's cerimonies with the Software House Team, using MIRO and JIRA.
