Starting September 2019 Lee Kleinman joined Business Finance Capital which is an SBA 504 CDC headquartered in Los Angeles California. BFC facilitates the second mortgage portion of the SBA 504 lending program to assist business owners in refinancing or acquiring their 51% or greater owner occupied commercial property. The SBA 504 program allows for as little as 10% down and offers long-term fixed rate fully amortizing loans up to 25 years. Lee will be responsible for sourcing new lending opportunities and will be involved in the entire process from A to Z to ensure his clients lending needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Prior Position: Lee Kleinman has been a Wells Fargo team member for over 30 years. He started his career in Retail Banking and held every position from teller to branch manager. Lee joined the Business Banking Group in 1999 and currently holds the title of Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender. He has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars of loan production volume. Lee also acts as a mentor to many of the group’s newest team members. Lee’s primary focus is in the LA, OC and Ventura Counties but through the company’s nationwide footprint is able to assist with client lending needs throughout the United States. Lee maintains a consultative and service orientated approach to his business and has earned the long term loyalty of his clients and industry professionals he partners with. Specialties: Although Lee provides all forms of commercial financing such as working capital lines of credit, equipment financing and shareholder buyouts his specialty and primary focus is the commercial real estate arena. Lee provides most to all CRE lending programs including Conventional, SBA 504, SBA 7(a), Investment, CEDLI and CalCAP. By profiling his clients to fully understand their objective's Lee is able to provide meaningful financing recommendations to ensure his clients objectives are met. Lee also partners with other departments such as Wealth Management and Home Mortgage to ensure he is well positioned to meet his clients business and personal needs and to assist them in succeeding financially.
