I took my passion for catering industry started working in a operations role for Geo Adams & Sons. My years working there were life-changing. I met lots of interesting people. During my time with the company, My experiences opened my eyes to the environmental challenges of the food industry – making me passionate about using my skills to promote the benefits of sustainability on the production and packing of bacon products. When Geo Adams & Sons was taken over by Tulip Ltd i moved my focus into the security side of the company and with the skills i had i took on the role as a security officer. 20 Years experience within Food Industry & Security Industry as improved me as a person in any challenges i have to face. One main point about my self i have done this role for 20 years without a sick day or been late, not many people can say that. As one chapter closes a new adventure begins i was welcome into the new role of Night Security Officer at Plant & Bean with my knowledge and experience of both security and food production industry i believe i can take what i learned with Tulip/Pilgrim Pride and enhance my skills and knowledge to a new level. With my work ethics and drive i look forward to my new role with this forward thinking company. I have a strong ability to work independently with limited direction, communicate effectively with subordinates in different locations and provide leadership and direction.
