After leaving the British Army at 26, where I developed resilience, discipline and strategic thinking, I embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship. In addition to my own ventures, I have consulted with startups, SMEs and corporate clients, guiding them to build scalable systems, refine their strategies and achieve their goals. I hold a Master of Laws (LLM), which provides me with a deep understanding of legal frameworks, governance, and risk management, and a Master’s in Business Mentoring, enhancing my ability to guide entrepreneurs through structured, results-driven processes. My journey into mentoring was deeply personal, after experiencing burnout at 47 while running a business and completing my postgraduate studies, I recognized the importance of balance and purpose. This led me to explore life coaching and later establish my practice, helping others navigate their own challenges while achieving extraordinary results. Today, as the founder of Business Growth Global, I provide entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies and guidance to scale their businesses while fostering a lifestyle of balance and fulfillment.
