Currently I am a Regional Head Business Development at Cantilever Labs. Previously, I owned the Customer Success and Partnerships piece at Aasaanwill. Previously I head the Enterprise Business at Mindcafe. We help companies take care of the mental well being of their employees through a host of services like therapy sessions, tailor-made workshops and courses that can be completed at their own pace. Previously I was a manager for Client Experience at Cialfo for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Previously I was a Manager, Customer Success at ekincare a corporate health benefits platform. Previously I was heading the sales team, at Kriyo - the most comprehensive preschool and daycare management platform, with an international presence in 90+ countries from Feb 2020 - April 2021. The journey with Kriyo was really interesting since Day 1, working with the leadership team everyday, hiring driven individuals for sales, and adapting to the new normal of working from home. At Learnzilla (Sept 5, 2018 - Feb 5, 2020) - an online learning app for campus placements, I worked for almost 18 months as the Chief Marketing Officer. I played a key role in building the product from the ground up, grew the team from just two in September, 2018 to 7 full time employees in Feb 2020, collaborated with instructors who were from some of the most reputed colleges in the countries (IIT, NIT & IIMs) and owned the process of content development with respect to videos, test modules and company specific mock tests. Once the product took shape, I worked on the pricing strategy, competitor analysis, generated leads and lead the sales in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
