Lee Waltham, Managing Partner of Brandish, has over 15 years of experience in the marketing, advertising, and agency space. Since founding Brandish in 2016, the agency has grown to include over 30 team members and expanded its influence across Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Toronto. Brandish is best known for being the first Canadian ad agency to adopt a permanent four-day workweek in 2021.
