In fact, many listings are found via jbizchicago.com rather than the establishment's own website.

• Maintained servers, desktops, workstations, and network.

• Added users and machines to Active Directories.

• Built TB Microsoft Windows 2003 server Sata/Raid5 configuration from parts.

• Collaborated with developers to design an organized system for managing data.

• Headed Server Migration Project – transferred data to new server and instructed programmers how to locate and store their data.

• Machine Imaging – installed multiple versions of Microsoft Windows in 10 languages and created images of the machines to be used in software testing.

• Desktop Migration – Efficiently moved the data from programmer’s computer's SCSI hard drives to SATA hard drives with no downtime. This allowed developers to have a larger capacity drive at lower cost.

• Purchasing – Purchased parts to build a speedy terabyte server that could store the data for the department. Also, involved in other IT related purchasing decisions and vendor negotiations.

• QA – Provided full functionality testing prior to release of new software features.

• Developed automated testing procedure, where the desktop could retrieve a system image and begin an automated procedure to test the software and log the results.

• Created Video Training by synchronizing video of teacher-led classes and PowerPoint slides of the source code, codebase.

• Designed Microsoft Access Program for Hardware Inventory and trained staff on its use.
