Founder and Designer

Wofford College

• Served as the “voice” for the Office of Admission's Marketing and Communication efforts. Collaborated with the Office of Marketing and Communications on writing, creating, developing and executing admissions communication targeting prospective students at every stage of the recruitment funnel. This included written/mailed materials, email, web-based communication, phone calls, and extensive use of social media. 
• Created the 2017, 2018 and 2019 marketing materials including a 28 page viewbook, visit invitations, apply posters, a Diversity and Inclusion brochure, departmental brochures and various other admission print and online materials (Not including graphic design) 
• Wrote script and managed production of a 4 minute Admission video for internal and commercial use 
• Transitioned between two CMS programs by writing and building all admission web pages
• Managed the Wofford Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts 
• Traveled to various states for Admission visits and presents on the college application essay annually to junior students 
• Presented admission information sessions weekly to prospective families 
• Assisted in counseling students during the admission process through attending recruitment events, yield events and interviews

Director of Admission Marketing

• Managed and traveled a 10 state territory: promoting the college, presenting on admission topics, recruiting students, and evaluating applications for admission
• Responsible for training new staff and creating a new hire training manual
• Assisted the Director of Marketing in proofreading, writing, and creating admission materials and promoting the college through social media 
• Built alumni volunteer database and coordinated alumni involvement in recruitment activities

• Awarded 2nd place Overall Excellence and 2nd place column by South Carolina Collegiate Press Association 
• Awarded W. Norman Cochran award for excellence in publications by Wofford College 
• Coordinated staff of 22 student writers and photographers for the bi-monthly publication 
• Budgeted articles for each issue and edited articles in AP style 
• Interviews include CBS anchor Scott Pelley, Senator Rick Santorum, CBS correspondent Jan Crawford, and National Journal correspondent Major Garrett
