Oversaw acquisitions, integrations alongside organic growth whilst working for founders and large corporates. Over 15 years' experience in Executive Management, Consulting, Client management, Business Development and Marketing; leading both large businesses and boutique consultancies on technology and digital transformation initiatives. Joined Cognifide (now Wunderman Thompson/VML) in 2015 and, over a 7 year period, helping the organisation to secure the trust and business of industry leaders and global household names, with revenue growth of 60%. Personally responsible for all revenue globally since 2017, moving up to lead the business as CEO from 2020. Now undertaking second CEO role at Tangent leading all business operations, as an equity partner in the business, from 2023. I have sat on various technology advisory and partnership boards (inc. Adobe, Sitecore) in addition to the Inclusion & Belonging boards in the industry, a topic very close to my heart. Selected to the BIMA 100 in 2018 before becoming a mentor in 2019 and awards judge in 2020-2023.
