Odro's first FT Marketing Hire - worked directly with Ryan the CEO to his bring ideas to life - worked in a cross-functional delivery team to help deliver the best-in-class solution to recruiters.

- Increased inbound demo requests by 253% in a few months (approx 1.7 million sales value). 
- Built a new website that increased inbounds by 88% and conversion rates by 18-20% on average. 
- Worked with and trained 80+ recruiters on how to implement video into their marketing and set up retargeting automation with the Odro video software. 
- Worked on the migration from Hubspot to Salesforce and set up multiple automations and processes using APIs and Zapier. 
- Worked with the videographer to improve product demos, social content and overall brand positioning. 
- Worked directly with CEO and other stakeholders on marketing strategy and execution.
