As Manager of the Curriculum Development group, I was responsible for the direct management the Marketing Cloud Academy's North American-based content developers, as well as providing assistance and guidance to an offshore extended team. 

My priorities focused around my team creating the absolute best content that could be offered to modern marketers. We were able to create innovative and engaging content and offer a course catalog deep in both product knowledge and best practices. Managing content creation across five Oracle Marketing Cloud product lines, my primary focus was consistency and integration, to enable our customers to see the full benefit of the Oracle Marketing Cloud suite of products. Our team focused on newer, better, and faster content creation while maintaining an incredible team dynamic and rapport.

Curriculum Development Manager

Playing a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for cutting-edge technologies, I lead the design, development, and enhancement of comprehensive curriculum content, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, conceptualizing (and bringing to life!) engaging learning materials, and employing innovative instructional design methodologies. From crafting in-depth training modules to incorporating the latest industry trends, I was responsible for creating educational experiences that empowered learners to leverage the full suite of Oracle's Marketing Cloud suite.

My technical acumen and adult education mastery blended in this role, to deliver training solutions that not only met but exceeded the expectations of our diverse audience.

Senior Curriculum Developer

As Principal Education Specialist, I am responsible for the success of training events, both live and virtual, and am committed to a superior customer experience for my learners. I actively participate in the development and redesign of course content, and provide feedback to the Education Development team where required. I am expected, in my role, to master new services, technologies and internal processes, and communicate effectively within my team and other departments within the organization. I manage all aspects of the customer training event - from preparation of learning environments through to final live instruction - to ensure success and an enjoyable learning experience.

I thrive on my ability to produce quality deliverables on every aspect of my day-to-day tasks (from instructional delivery and communication, through to curriculum development). I have a strong affinity to teach new technical material, deliver new offerings and services, and implement new modules into existing content with minimal preparation time and guidance.

Team lead of the Product Support group, providing leadership and mentoring to a team of 12 Tier 1 product specialists, as well as handling client escalations.  
Main focus is development of the Tier 1 team, both professionally and technically, to allow growth within the organization and help achieve their goals and objectives within the team.
