I am incredibly excited to be making the next move in my career, into the manager position of the Oracle Marketing Cloud Academy's Curriculum Development group. I will be responsible for the direct management of a team of North American-based content developers, as well as providing assistance and guidance to an offshore extended team. 

My priorities focus around my team creating the absolute best content that can be offered to modern marketers. We strive to create innovative and engaging content, and offer a deep course catalog in both product knowledge and best practices. Managing content creation across four Oracle Marketing Cloud product lines, my goals are consistency and integration, to enable our customers to see the full benefit of the Oracle Marketing Cloud suite of products. I strive for newer, better, and faster content creation, while maintaining an incredible team dynamic and rapport, as we cannot succeed without great people.

Curriculum Development has always been in my blood, and I'm incredibly excited to be starting a new journey on the other side of the Education fence at Oracle Marketing Cloud. With 3+ years of instruction and delivery under my belt, I've decided it's time to bring that knowledge and experience to the curriculum development team to help build out more great content to help modern marketers get the most out of their day-to-day.

I spend my days researching potential courseware content, talking to modern marketers about what they want to learn next, and building interesting, engaging, and valuable training materials for our students and clients. As an incredibly detail-oriented person, I thrive on creating content that is both visually appealing and current, so that it is the most relevant learning that can be offered.

I'm a proud member of the Oracle Marketing Cloud team, and love learning about new technologies and trends that impact today's marketers.

As Principal Education Specialist, I am responsible for the success of training events, both live and virtual, and am committed to a superior customer experience for my learners. I actively participate in the development and redesign of course content, and provide feedback to the Education Development team where required. I am expected, in my role, to master new services, technologies and internal processes, and communicate effectively within my team and other departments within the organization. I manage all aspects of the customer training event - from preparation of learning environments through to final live instruction - to ensure success and an enjoyable learning experience.

I thrive on my ability to produce quality deliverables on every aspect of my day-to-day tasks (from instructional delivery and communication, through to curriculum development). I have a strong affinity to teach new technical material, deliver new offerings and services, and implement new modules into existing content with minimal preparation time and guidance.

Create and deliver training courses, workshops and seminars on Eloqua products and Marketing best practices to both clients and partners.
Develop and maintain training exercise guides and reference manuals. 
Act as a subject matter expert on the Eloqua application, and explore emerging technologies that contribute to learning innovation.

Team lead of the Product Support group, providing leadership and mentoring to a team of 12 Tier 1 product specialists, as well as handling client escalations.  
Main focus is development of the Tier 1 team, both professionally and technically, to allow growth within the organization and help achieve their goals and objectives within the team.  
Also focus on developing new processes and procedures to help streamline and ensure the business runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible for all parties involved in the support interaction - from incoming client requests to outgoing executive-level reporting and analytics.
