I work as an all around in the business, meaning I do the bookkeeping in which I report to CEO all the FS every month, and manage the operation for the delivery and for the negotiation of supplier and for the account receivable, I do the follow up of collection by writing notes to demand payment for the past due customers and make the aging of AR and aging of AP , do also the journal entry of accruals and do the schedule of Fixed assets monthly for the depreciation. Do annual budget and monthly budget for the next year and some other ad hoc functions to do as per instructions by the CEO .
