• Set the strategic direction and project managed the delivery of POE focused content which doubled organic Facebook reach within three month. 

• Worked with retail partners to set up co-branded campaigns including competitions, which had a direct, positive impact on community growth across all channels.

• Set the strategy for and project managed an integrated social media campaign promoting the brand's Black Friday and Christmas message across social channels which resulted in a reach of over 1.5 million.
