My responsibilities include managing the Foodics Ecosystem (Fintech, White Labels, and B2B products), driving design vision and team culture, improving processes, creating roadmaps and OKRs for design, and collaborating with the Head of Design, Product Directors, and Marketing Managers to shape Foodics' brand strategy.

As a SaaS company, shyftplan delivers automation solutions for the scheduling process such as shift planning, absences, time tracking, and payroll. As a Product Designer, I'm helping manufacturing customers to reduce their manual work on their shift scheduling process.

At Hero99 I had the opportunity to work closely with many designers as well as many startups and big companies such as Subway, Electrolux, Club Athletico Paranaense and many others. My last project was to lead the team into a digital transformation for Club Athletico Paranaense using a user-centered design approach and agile methodologies we built a new digital environment revamping the Website and the eCommerce by creating a social engine based on users preferences to deliver the content that fits their needs.
