o	Responsible for P&L and full sales cycle from lead to closure and delivery handling a 25Mn USD revenue base with mandate to grow non-traditional business of Digital, Cloud, Media, Security, IoT and Network
o	Lead account planning with the larger account team of AE’s and delivery managers aligned to customer priorities and internal sales plays.
o	Develop trust across the board – C-suite, VPs, Directors, Managers and associates running business delivery 
o	Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT score 5/5), manage all escalations by ensuring sales and delivery teams work together towards the same success criteria

•	Management Representative for the Entire Power-train Component Development team comprising of over 50 employees.
•	MIS report to Top Management on Power-train Component Development, with adherence to Monthly Review Meeting
•	Support for Power-train Policy Formation and Deployment for FY14 and FY15
•	Major role in securing Silver Rating for the department during AFS EXCELLENCE audit.
