I led primary market research work and was the thought leader for the Insights for Strategic Marketing practice. I regularly designed and scoped the most effective market research approaches based on customers' objectives. These approaches employed a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, using traditional or online implementation, and produced insights for decision-making and the development of big ideas. As a result of my market research experience and my own investigation, I developed a step-by-step framework that served as the basis for advising customers on marketing planning and execution. This included advising on where they stood relative to a true data- and insights-driven marketing process, and steps they could take as a result. Ultimately, this approach ensured that customers could capitalize on the most efficient and effective use of their marketing resources, including offering the right product or service, reaching the right audience, and communicating the right message.
