•Major Accountabilities:

- Capture detailed and accurate information about issues, concerns and enhancements.

 and products.

• Moved from CORE team to Global Key Accounts within 2 months of joining MasterCard. Started with 3 Key Account Portfolio (HSBC, Westpac and Commonwealth Bank of Australia) and was assigned to handle a new Key Account customer Bank of America Merrill Lynch taking the total tally to 4 accounts within half a year.

•Currently part of the Global Release Matrix team,a cross functional team consisting of Customer Implementation - Release Support, Customer Implementation Services (CIS), Customer Operations Services (COS) and Customer Configuration Management. To enhance the customer release experience and is responsible for training and providing quality responses to customer release inquiries. The primary objectives of this coalition are to make the release process easier for the customer.

During my time at UBS AG ­Settlements Ops team, I underwent intense on-the-job training which consisted of pre-settlement process i.e. creation of instruments, validation and verification
of client's order and signature, to liaising process with various counterparties and custodians on the agreed order details so as to facilitate smooth transfers procedures and finally to booking
process where trade details are inputted into the system with sufficient speed and accuracy and actively following up on failed trade investigations via unsettled reports to ensure that any
negative holdings/depot breaks faced by client is resolved.

Contributed suggestion and ideas to the reviewing of the overall transfers' team process flow, participating in the dry runs of different scenarios' and systems testing.

Contributed to the reduction on backlog of 3 days trade orders as well as the overall decrease in trade volume at the end of day.
