Leonard is a global thought leader with over 18 years of exceptional track record and cross-functional experience in leadership, business strategy and execution, human resource management, and social entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has consulted for, trained and assisted SMEs, banks, FMCGs, multinationals, schools, faith-based Institutions, and Government parastatals. He has served at strategic leadership levels with Consulting Companies with affiliate offices in Nigeria, South Africa, USA and United Kingdom. He is an Accredited Management Consultant (AMC), a Certified John Maxwell leadership trainer from The John Maxwell Co. USA, and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB), USA. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) Lagos Nigeria with Basic and Advanced certificates in Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts first- degree holder, and an MBA Leadership and Sustainability student, with the University of Cumbria UK. Leonard was part of a two-man delegation that received the 2012 Arch of Europe International Award for Quality & Technology in Germany, on behalf of his previous workplace. Prior to this, he had initiated and championed the rebranding and Organizational transformation of the company. He also served on a visitation panel to Ghana, to evaluate the readiness of the West African Capital Market Conference, on behalf of the same company. Leonard is also a seasoned strategist and has co-led/ spearheaded the successful design, implementation and delivery of several transformation projects in the government, private and social sectors. Leonard serves passionately as a social entrepreneur and is a graduate of the Lagos Business School program on Sustainability for NGOs and corporate organizations. He is currently the Executive Director of PISTIS Foundation, a non-profit social enterprise vehicle, with key focus in education, health and shelter initiatives. He served as a 3-term Chairperson of the Central Working Committee of the prestigious annual PEARL Awards from 2010 to 2013, (the only Awards, rewarding performance of companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange).
