Cobli is a Series B Startup with 400+ employees. My experience here has been both with new and scaling products.
I'm currently spearheding the construction of a new business unit through the creation of a new product using AI applied to a VSaas.

Senior Product Manager - AI

Results delivered:
- 4.5 million USD saved over the next 5 years. 200k USD only in 1S2024
- I developed and launched the second generation of Cobli’s AI Dashcam. I created the whole launch process, involving areas such as sales, marketing, legal, customer success and operations. 
Since its launch in mid april, it has generated an increase of 240k USD in ARR.

I led two technical/platform squads at Cobli. I oversaw the entire product development process, from business cases to launch and iterations. I defined and pursued product goals aligned with the company's objectives. 
Additionally, I maintained close relationships with key accounts to help close deals and retain potential churn. I acted as the bridge between sales and our tech team. Thanks to this close relationship with CS and Sales, I was Cobli’s PM who visited the most clients in the past two years

Product Manager - IoT

Results delivered:
- Over 400k USD increase in ARR
- 540k USD saved by the end of 2025
- Over 20% reduction in technical support ticket closing time.
- Developed and launched a feature used daily by over 50% of our user base.

I developed and launched a product that enabled the entry of our two largest customers, essential to closing our latest funding round. Today, these products have expanded to the rest of our base. 
Although I had never worked with IoT before, I quickly learned about the subject and became a reference at Cobli, demonstrating my ability to learn and handle technical topics.

Associate Product Manager - IoT

• Created Launch Stories - documentation for mkt & sales teams in other countries regarding new dental implants and related products, containing: 
--> Who is the client, what are his pain points and the business impacts related to them;
--> What are our value proposition and solution to solve this pain points
• Created a dashboard containing the KPI's for the Product Marketing Management Team;
• Supported local Product Marketing Management teams, clarifying doubts and scenarios that were not previously specified.

Product Analyst

• Increased ATP by 100% through:
 --> Building ICP and client personas; 
 --> Identifying client pain points; 
 --> Defining and following KPI's;
 --> Documenting and executing processes;
• Responsible for acquiring the first 15 clients, working from lead generation to website delivery.
• Developed websites in Wordpress, helping me understand better technical feasibility.

Hype Empreendimentos (Real State Developer)

• Increased conversion by 20% between leads generated and proposals trough website redesign involving:
 --> Product Discovery with stakeholders (Owners, Sales team, Clients)
 --> A/B testing using Google Optimize and Hotjar;
 --> Product Delivery with developers;
 --> Campaign optimization on Google Ads.

• First place in sales, leading to 15 sold apartments.
