Team with more than 100 people, up to 11 direct, in areas of Controllership/FP&A, Information Management, Accounting, Tax Planning, Treasury, Legal, Information Technology, Scales (scales, Invoicing and Tax Receipt), S&OP/IBP, Logistics, Purchasing, Agricultural Business and Warehouse.
     - Change in the prioritization of investments, generating an increase in production (≈35%) and profitability.
     - Turnaround of the financial result from deficit to surplus, through:
     a) Pricing methodology change
     b) Review of daily cash management processes and extension of planning to 3 months
     c) Financial Cicle reduction.
     - Review of loan agreements, obtaining rate reduction and extension of terms
     - Development of risk, credit and derivatives policies, ensuring governance and risk management 
     - Review of budget processes, med-term planning (5 years) and creation of monthly forecast in partnership with the S&OP/IBP area, increasing business predictability
     - Creation of the Information Management area, democratizing information and streamlining decision-making
     - Digital Transformation Project, allowing the modernization of the company's management
     - Reduction of loading Leadtime by 30%, improving customer experience
     - Reduction of the inventory level in a joint project of the PPC (Production Planning and Control) and Warehouse areas, reducing the level of capital employed
     - Implementation of the S&OP/IBP area through cultural and process change
     - Development of an internal program that had a positive impact on engagement and “happiness at work” in Finance/Supply-Chain, based on 4 pillars: (i) Feedback culture, (ii) Lifelong learning culture, (iii) Process improvements (Kaizen), (iv) collaboration, with HR support, being used as a benchmark for the entire company. Obtaining the “Great Place to Work” certification

Finance and Supply Chain Executive Manager (Head of Finance and Supply Chain)

Responsible for the Finance role, with a strategic focus on the company's turnaround. Team with more than 30 people, 5 direct, in the areas of Controllership/FP&A, Accounting, Tax Planning, Treasury, Legal, Information Technology, Balance (scale, Billing and Tax Receipt) S&OP/IBP. 
     - Change in the prioritization of investments, generating an increase in production (≈35%) and profitability. 
     - Turnaround of the financial result from deficit to surplus, through: (i) actions related to pricing, (ii) review of processes in daily cash management and extension of planning to 3 months, (iii) reduction of the Financial Cycle. 
     - Revision of loan contracts, with rate reduction and lengthening of terms. 
     - Development of risk, credit and derivatives policies, ensuring governance and risk management. 
     - Review of budget processes, medium-term planning (5 years) and creation of monthly forecast in partnership with the S&OP/IBP area, increasing business predictability. 
     - Digital Transformation Project, allowing the modernization of the company's management. 
     - Implementation of the S&OP/IBP area through cultural and process change.

Finance Manager (Head of Finance)

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Financial Planning (FP&A) and Corporate Treasury, being responsible for managing 6 people, organizing and mobilizing processes
- Benchmark for quarterly reports (public company culture).
- Development and optimization of monthly reports, ensuring efficiency and work reduction.
- Review of budget processes (Budget and Forecast), improving the quality of information through intermediate approvals during the process (production flow, supply, capex, etc.)
- Implementation of a new mid-term planning process (5 years), bringing greater strategic focus and reducing the volume of activities throughout the company.
