Developing a custom course subject metatagging taxonomy system using over 25 custom fields for utilization by backend ML (machine learning) based analytics and recommendation engine in Microsoft Power Platform
Extensive analytics with Microsoft PowerBI and a Snowflake-based MySQL database with over 700 tables. Tables interconnected with a spiderweb model. Comprehensive ML (machine learning) tags associated with every single course and course object. Working with learning architects and power BI analysts on this aspect of the project. 
Documenting the entire learning management system frontend and backend – frontend as a Knowledge Base and with associated courses and course videos in the learning management system; backend in a formal SOP.
Developing OpenAI ChatGPT4o based chatbots for e-Learning and Knowledge Base access.
