Documenting the entire learning management system frontend and backend – frontend as a Knowledge Base and with associated courses and course videos in the learning management system; backend in a formal SOP.
Developing Microsoft Power Virtual Agent ChatGPT4 based chatbots for e-Learning and Knowledge Base access. Currently working and in beta.
