I'm a software developer focused on delivering modern detail-oriented solutions with a customer-first approach. When we talk about engineering, the one unifying factor is building. I originally went to school thinking I would be building as an electrical engineer, but I am very grateful to have discovered software engineering. Since first starting as a programmer at Cybernetix, I quickly fell in love with the opportunity to learn new technologies quickly in order to solve complex problems and challenges. Since attending App Academy to dive headfirst into web development, I have continued to improve my technical skills by building full-stack web applications, making use of my logical thinking and good practices to create features and interactive design that are user friendly, always prioritizing strong UX and UI principles. So far I have had a lot of fun using Ruby, Javascript, React/Redux, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, AWS, CSS, and HTML in my projects. What can I say? I love learning. I am currently learning some Python and Angular on my spare time. When I'm not working on a project or learning a new technology, you'll find me probably reading some Sci-Fi or Fantasy book in a coffee shop with a nice cold brew.
