If people felt more fulfilled by the work they do, they would be better equipped to handle life challenges like marriage and parenting. If every business did this, we could transform the world. How can we change the profit-driven, product-focused, management-heavy, low-engagement businesses into one in which everyone matters, where success is measured by the impact we have on the lives of people, where nearly everyone is a leader and hardly anyone is a manager, where our people are passionate, committed and inspired every single day.
