Digital Marketing Manager

Timely is a market leader in Australia & NZ in appointment software for the hair and beauty industry. My role is to:

- Develop the regional marketing strategy, aligned with the Business Plan
- Develop marketing roadmap across multi-channels (mainly paid digital, events,Ambassadors, Influencers and print media)
- Generate insights from data to form the basis of marketing campaigns to drive OKRs
- Manage campaign development including content strategy and implementation
- Use data to understand brand and campaign performance, drive course correction by initiating long term initiatives to drive performance, along with short term tactical optimisations

• Extensive analysis of brand performance – drivers and barriers, recommendations on how to meet sales objectives when off track

• Manage agency partners to develop through-the-line communication campaigns, including TVC, OOH, digital, social, POS and cinema.

• Development and launch of NPD – including rotational flavours, reformulation, new packaging

• Close liaison with legal and global stakeholders to maintain integrity of brand footprint and communications satisfied legal requirements of formulated beverages category
