As a co-founder of Youth Group, I am on a mission to accelerate youth as an industry and give young people a voice around the table. I work with a diverse and passionate team to create and deliver programs, events, and opportunities that empower, inspire, and connect young people across the world. I am also an executive producer of My Duvet Flip, the career shows that showcases engaging and authentic stories for social impact on young people. I oversee the entire show of changemakers, innovators, and leaders who are making a difference in their communities and beyond. I have a passion for entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, and I enjoy learning new skills and exploring new ideas. I have multiple publications in various media outlets, where I share my insights and experiences as a young leader and entrepreneur. I also have a background in technology start-up development and launching start-ups, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to tackle complex and dynamic challenges. I grew up in a city that was voted the worst place to live in Great Britain, but that did not stop me from pursuing my dreams and goals. I am motivated by my personal vision to remove the 'dis' out of disadvantaged and to help others achieve their full potential. I am an introvert living in an extroverted world, but I embrace my strengths and use them to my advantage. I am always looking for new ways to grow, improve, and make an impact.
