Recognizing the growing needs of diverse migrant profiles and the importance of their integration in Portugal, the ACM adopted a creative approach to the creation of new Municipal Plans for Migrant Integration. 

As the Service Design lead at the ACM, I worked collaboratively with various teams (technical, academic, migrant representatives) in strategizing and facilitating workshops (discovery, definition, development) across different phases of the project. This project involved an initial phase of internal diagnosis and feasibility assessment, followed by co-creation workshops and a national public consultation, aiming to ensure the inclusion of diverse perspectives in the creation of plans grounded in multiple viewpoints and the needs of various stakeholders.

The maritime transport ecosystem is highly complex, as 90% of all global trade is handled by this industry, providing critical energy, food, and essential raw materials to 7 billion people. This immense responsibility falls upon several hundred thousand professionals who are burdened by unnecessary process frictions and bureaucratic difficulties that should be straightforward transactions. 

As a consultant at Marcura, I conducted research with my team on industry processes and operations, and planned, organized, and conducted workshops with different key stakeholders, representing all central nodes of the ecosystem (CEOs, shipowners, charterers, ship captains, shipping agents, insurance agents, suppliers, operations directors, and port agents). As the leader of User Experience Research, I conducted UX activities for the digital service PortLog and additionally conducted research with my team and co-created ideation and prototype validation workshops for the launch of the B2B platform Claimshub, a SaaS that allows clients to manage maritime shipping claims online. 

I also created the process for linking all company services and creating service blueprints.

I worked as a Service Designer and UX Researcher on two key projects for Millennium BCP. 
Firstly, I led the design of user flows and information architecture for the digital account opening service with mobile key, eliminating the need to visit a branch, while integrating all constraints (compliance, governance). 

Secondly, as project manager and UX Researcher in the team launching Millennium BCP's new institutional website, I engaged stakeholders from all directions (individuals, private, companies, institutional) in discovery and ideation sessions, strategic planning, and execution of all UX activities (individual interviews, focus groups, concept validation, brand personality) with clients across various age groups (18-70); mapping (Information Architecture) of all areas of the site (cards, loans, insurance, savings, etc.), and creating a graphic standards manual to ensure the integrity of the experience across all digital platforms.

I also worked as a Service Designer in mapping the ecosystem of digital products at Galp and in developing the electric mobility (EV) service through the App and integration with Mundo Galp. As part of the strategic design team, we conducted collaborative sessions with different stakeholders (Galp, EV early adopters, Uber drivers, UV car fleet managers), mapped various user constraints of EV versus traditional cars, and obtained sufficient data for strategic definition and implementation of the new service.

Additionally, I led the strategic design team in the research and information architecture phase for the launch of the Just in Case (Fidelidade Seguros) product. 

We conducted extensive comparative analyses of similar digital products and engaged different stakeholders in decision-making regarding the product launch platform, as well as user experience across different channels.
