I fell into the staffing world as a sales rep in 2012, working for a national firm. While I loved the role and eventually moved into a leadership role, I hated the metrics-driven nature that placed revenue above all else. Over the years, I've learned to be selective about my clients, focusing solely on companies and hiring managers who embody true leadership. Though not every client is perfect, they all share a common vision of creating a workplace that prioritizes employees and fosters teamwork and empowerment.
