For the past decade I have been voraciously consuming everything I can about nutrition and health. I geek out over the effect food has on your body and brain. My mission is to empower as many people as possible to take control of their health. I am a strategic, supportive visionary with experience working with diverse populations and complex cases. I am familiar with higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit arenas. Over the past 20 years I have owned businesses, managed offices, and supported executive level leadership. My administrative skills, combined with my passion for health is leading me to exciting new places!
