VP of Talent

Betts

- Provided consulting for hiring managers regarding GTM hiring strategies including role qualifications, interview process and timing, headcount, hiring challenges and recommended timelines on when to hire 
- Developed long-term relationships with VP and C-Level hiring managers while providing continuous support and guidance
- Designed and managed the new Executive Search Division focused on hiring C-Level candidates for clients 
- Responsible for designing all hiring plans as well as sourcing, interviewing, offer decisions and promotions for the Eastern territory
- Directly managed two Directors overseeing remote Recruiters throughout the Eastern territory while implementing growth plans for a third Director and team 
- Utilized internal data to create and implement automated company-wide metrics for Recruiters to track success and limitations 
- Planned and executed continued coaching for teams and individuals on a weekly basis 
- Pulled Salesforce reports to analyze trends to assist team with upsells, placement data and keeping time-to-hire at 30 days or less 
- Generated $5.6M in revenue in 2022

VP of Recruiting

- Stepped in to manage the entire Eastern territory including Austin, Chicago and New York-based teams 
- Team size started at 9 Recruiters and 1 Director, growing to 18 Recruiters and 2 Directors at its peak 
- Team focused on placement revenue, upsells, reducing time-to-hire, along with other weekly KPIs 
- Oversaw Diversity & Inclusion program leading to increased diverse hires both internally and externally 
- Designed and implemented data-focused QBR guidelines, to be adopted company-wide by 2021
- Participated in the Betts Connect Steering Committee alongside CTO to guide creation and updates to SaaS product, spearheaded internal product adoption and training, continued through 2023 
- Generated $6.2M in revenue in 2020 and $5.2M in 2021

Head of Sales - East

- Led turnaround of Austin office, inheriting team of 5 Recruiters hitting under 75% of quarterly team quota in prior years 
- Achieved 141% of quota the first full quarter and 102% the following quarter after hiring two additional Recruiters 
- Mentored and promoted an internal candidate for a management position in Q3 2019 
- Generated $1.8M in revenue in 2018 and increased to $2.8M in 2019 
- Grew and managed an office of two teams totaling 9 Recruiters and 1 Manager by 2020 
- Qualified for President’s Club in 2018
