♒️ I am a Diversity and Inclusion focused thought leader and an MBA with extensive experience managing programs that support mid-career professionals, building partnerships, and developing effective communication strategies. I have a passion for working in high-performing teams, supporting the growth in people when they are most vulnerable, networking and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally, and measuring outcomes relentlessly. For two years, I stepped in to serve as Interim Director of FlexMBA Admissions where my focus was recruiting BIPOC folx, women re-entering the workforce, and veterans. Under my direction, the program became nationally ranked, and the inaugural fall entering class was the largest in over 5 years. The program continues to show year-over-year increases in enrollment. For me the best part of working anywhere is getting to know people, listening to their stories, and helping them get closer to their career/life goals. Recently I managed a School of Business Board of Directors (25 members). Leading change from within to drive innovation involved using data to understand gaps in representation of skills and demographics. I convened and led a task force to identify bold hardworking alumni and other leaders across multiple industries to help direct policy and support a diverse student/alumni population. My work helped to identify over half of the board and in 2023, two women of color were appointed Chair and Vice Chair! My career spans over 20 years of program and project leadership across multiple industries from my volunteer NGO work to Consumer-Packaged Goods to Sports & Entertainment to Higher Ed an ultimately here in the Healthcare. Constant themes have been thinking outside the box to support underserved groups, and driving new strategies which grow revenue and solve problems. I have a passion for working in environments that foster innovation, truly welcome everyone, challenge the status quo, and measure outcomes relentlessly.
