With 9 years of experience in the design field, specializing in Saas and enhancing B2B and B2C CXM platforms, I've collaborated closely with clients from diverse industries, such as multimedia and tech giants leaders: Amazon, Netflix, Adobe, and LinkedIn. Leading the end-to-end design process for their research teams. I possess an innate curiosity that drives me to continuously learn, fostering connections with professionals across various disciplines, bridging the gap between UX, customer success, sales, and, most importantly, product management and engineering teams.
