I am a founder and CEO of Consultive, a Georgian-based advisory firm that helps investors explore advantageous investment and outsource opportunities. Our clients receive comprehensive consulting services necessary for setting up a business, investing, or outsourcing in Georgia. I am also a practicing civil attorney with 6 years experience of working in top-tier business law firms. Mainly, I am focused on business transactions and investment projects. A significant part of my legal career is connected to BLB, a prestigious Georgian-based law firm in association with English law firm Tulloch & Co, Solicitors, London. Within the scope of my work at BLB, I consulted major investors and business companies in Georgia, such as Baltic Investment Group, APM Terminals, and many more. I also represented and advised various international financial organizations such as EBRD, U.S International Development Finance Corporation (former OPIC), and German Investment Corporation DEG. I had the honor to be personally involved in the closure of transactions with a total estimated value of around 200 million USD. With the help of the mixture of LLB and MBA education, I always try to consult my clients from different perspectives and help them identify the "bigger picture" which would ultimately lead them to the best possible solutions. My non-academic skills and interests include Python programming, venture capital, especially fintech investments, and blockchain technologies. Except for my professional activities, I am passionate about music and cinematography.
