Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing philanthropy team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Board Engagement: Work collaboratively with the board of directors to engage them in fundraising activities and ensure their participation in donor cultivation.
Prospect Research: Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities, including conducting wealth screenings and donor profiling.
Data Analysis: Analyze philanthropic data and trends to make informed decisions and continuously improve fundraising strategies.
