Here’s a breakdown of fees you should prepare for on a new loan:

💎  Appraisal Cost: Usually between $650 – $750 for a smaller projects.

💎  Underwriting Fee: $1,495.

💎  Collateral Desktop Analysis (CDA): $150.

💎  Down Payment: Typically 20% on DSCR and 10% on Bridge loan, and CMBS and Fannie mea the guidelines will change.

💎  Origination, Processing & Documentation Fees: Usually around 2 points or less, depending on deal size.

💎 Closing fees which is determine by the title company, which varies in every state.
