Hi there! I'm Lewis, a Recruitment Consultant at Sanderson and specialise in technology recruitment, specifically UX/UI Design and Product. While recruiters sometimes have a bad name for poor quality service, not giving feedback (good or bad) or just generally being unreliable, I'm making it my priority to be the recruiter I wish I had when I was going through the process. I enjoy hearing feedback from clients about their experience with me as well as being told where I can improve. I'll never be perfect, even if my mum thinks I am. It's not all fluffy words, I have actually delivered on requirements from clients. Having placed professionals in the Design, Product, Development, Marketing and Data markets across the financial services, utilities, FinTech, consultancy and green tech industries with clients of all sizes.
