Hi there! I'm Lewis, a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Sanderson and I specialise in technology recruitment, specifically UX/UI Design, Product and CRM. While recruiters can get a bad name for poor quality service, not giving feedback, being way to salesy or posting photos of holidays no one cares about, I'm making it my priority to be the recruiter I wish I had when I was going through the process. I take on all feedback and enjoy learning more about the interesting markets I recruit for, as well as hearing where I can improve. I'll never be perfect, even if my mum thinks I am. It's not all fluffy words, I have actually delivered on requirements from clients.
