I had some great times in my teenage years and I had some times that, let’s just say... were not my best moments. But if I knew what I do today about creating confidence, resilience, and self-leadership skills so that I could feel more empowered in my life, I could have had a very different experience. That’s why I started the Live Big Community. As a coach, facilitator, and speaker, I’ve worked with teams at F100 companies to create skills that help them connect with people. As a people leader, I’ve supported early-career professionals as they entered the workforce and helped them find their career paths. As a Faculty Associate of Entrepreneurship at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, I taught aspiring entrepreneurs how to become leaders and bring their visions to the market. I am certified as a Counselor with the Australian Institute of Professional Counselors, trained with the National Institute for the Psychotherapies on Child & Adolescent Development, and the Trauma Research Foundation on Traumatic Stress. Adolescents aren’t getting the help they need, and the Live Big Community provides something that hasn’t existed before: skills coaching designed specifically for adolescents that will create lasting change so that they can lead healthier, happier, fulfilling lives.
