As an advisor or Head of a team, I’m a great fan and strong believer of SUCCESS with Customer Experience strategies in any type of commercial process (for internal or external customers), as it has worked wonderfully for me in every project I’ve been involved since over 15 years ago.

What I love about Customer Experience, either in Product development or in Marketing efforts, is the wide range of innovating options to play with in order to improve conversions, either for just placing a brand, a service or product, or to reach or increase goals at the (physical) point of purchase or at an online store (ecommerce).
