Hi there! I am a doctoral student in business at Hanken School of Economics in Finland. My academic research focuses on the topic of "Co-creating the future of work: emerging human resource development practices in the digital era". As a researcher, I have gained experience in various areas including HR and technology (such as AI and video recruitment), both internal and external employer branding, employee experience and well-being, as well as the study of Gen Z and Gen Y (millennials) in the context of hybrid work environments. I completed my Master's in Leadership for Change, specializing in Sustainable Business Management. During my studies, I conducted research for my Master's thesis at Hilti in Finland. The topic of my research was "Employees as customers: coupling employee value proposition and millennials’ experience in the construction of the internal brand." I argued that organizations should view their employees as internal customers and effectively address their needs and demands to enhance their fulfillment, performance, and retention. In addition to my Master's degree, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Development Management. This background has equipped me with valuable skills in customer service and satisfaction, sales, negotiation, marketing strategy and operations, project and event management, community building, engagement, and management. My interests lie in understanding people, self-leadership, human experiences, storytelling, and sharing knowledge to foster individual and collective growth and learning.
