•	Leadership of the corporate team responsible for the Commodities acquisition for Industry (Chemicals for the production of MDF / MDP panels and Décor Papers), Forestry (Services, Herbicides, Fertilizers), Wood Packaging (Pallets, Boxes, Grids) and the whole Energy Grid (Electric Power, Fuels, LPG);
•	Conduction of Sourcings and capture of synergies with companies of the group: Tablemac (Colombia), Elekeiroz and Alpargatas;
•	Management and support of cost reduction and process improvement projects using Procurement and Project Management tools (spend analysis/should cost/strategic sourcing/timeline and change management/S curve);
•	Developement and budget control of managed items (+ 30% of COGS);
•	Strong interface with demanding areas, reducing "noises" in communication and closer relationship with the internal customer;

Procurement Coordinator

•	Responsible for implementing Strategic Sourcing on high spend categories of the company: Fertilizers, Plastic and wood packaging. With approximately BRL 150M in contracts and a accredited saving (2015/16/17) of over BRL 10M;
•	Raw material procurement: Strategic management of chemicals acquisition (Resins, Urea, Methanol, Formalin and Paraffin for example);
•	Team leader on Spend studies and planning of Sourcing projects;
•	Understanding of categories and consequences of changes in suppliers/products; 
•	Redesign Operational routines aiming streamline processes and reduction of Total Cost of Ownership;

SR Procurement Analyst (Strategic Sourcing)

Vale

Support to the procurement manager and coordinator, generating analysis and performance reports for the area;

Acting on a supplier management project. Defining criteria and operationalizing the qualification and homologation of strategic suppliers;

Stratification of the procurement data and development of scenarios to support the decisions on strategic proccesses.

Study of demands, scope and baseline definition – Sourcing Plan;

Utilization of the Strategic Sourcing methodology – 7 Steps, covering tools such as: Cost-Breakdown, Spend Analysis and Cost Drivers;

Equalisation of high-complexity proposals, from national and international suppliers.

Responsible for hiring services on a corporate basis (Steel, Mining, Cement, Logistics and Energy), focused on IT, Environment, Marketing, Communication, HR and local and overseas consultancies;

Amongst the main activities, are highlighted: RFI, RFP, cost breakdown analysis, adjustment rates definition (parametric equation) and negotiation of contracts’ clauses. Strong interaction with Legal and Technical areas. BRL 25M/year spend;

Focal point on SRM system implementation.

Development and management of long term corporate agreements, for several categories, locally and internationally, reducing SPOT purchases volume, generating savings and streamlining the vendor list; 

Some examples are: MRO’s, packaging, safety equipment, fertilizers and pesticides. Portfolio of approximately BRL 14M/year, composed of more than 25.000 items;

Participation in working groups together with the technical areas identifying opportunities for gain in economy and performance.

Purchasing consumption materials, contracting services, development of suppliers and management of the supplies stock for the forestry production and maintenance;

Participation in the Roll-Out project of the SAP System in the IP x VCP transition.
