— Understanding the clients requirement and help them in every stage of recruitment.
— Prioritizing the requirement received from the clients.
— After going through the requirement I used to source the candidates in ATS Ceipal where the job boards like Monster, Career Builder and Dice integrated in it.
— Apart from Ceipal, Monster, Career Builder & Dice souring I use Linkedin to source the potential candidates.
— I also use x-ray / xray search for sourcing candidates from other pool.
— After sourcing I used to screen the resumes, interacting with candidates via calls and emails to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations.
— Scanning and short listing the most suitable CVs/resume for the position.
— I used to connect with the potential candidate on call where I will discuss with candidates about all the details regarding the concerned job opportunity. 
— Then, I used to negotiate with the candidates for salary/rate for the job opportunity.
— After finalizing the rates with candidate I will release the Right to represent email to the candidate.
— Upon the receipt of their confirmation on right to represent, I will request them about their availability to walk through their resumes.
— After gathering few generic information and information about their visa status, work permits we submit their candidature to the client for the further interview process. 
— After getting interview update from client we used coordinate and arranging interviews.
— After the completion of the interview we work with clients to get Candidate feedback.
— In the meantime I also updated all above processes in ATS - Ceipal. 
— Ensuring that proper follow up of selected candidates happens till they onboard on their jobs.
— While working I also created my own vendor and candidate database.
