A small business owner who in 2016 decided his own office space was uninspiring, killing productivity, creativity, and a total waste of money. He thought he could do better, provide small business owners with more value, more suited to their future needs and desires. Months were spent visiting coworking spaces and members clubs, and using all what he’d learnt, he finally had a concept. Occasional, exclusive workspace sold to business leaders as a service, with premium facilities, shared with a dynamic business community, in the centre of a bustling regional town, within touching distance of the capital. An experience, not just a place to work. Different shared and private environments. Hospitality and premium workplace resources on demand, chargeable hourly, all extras included. A pay as you go luxury work environment, who’d have thought. Late 2019 the Old Bond Store was born and the act of 'Clubworking' was introduced. Plenty arrived intrigued, for most it was too big a change, too far from ‘normal’. But a few remained, they shared the vision, value over habit. In 2020 the virus changed everything, and Clubworking became a very real & superior alternative to 'how it was'.
