Leading and supporting a team of CSMs in order to reach the targets and goals set for the year by TecEx. Key responsibilities include the following:
• Mentoring junior CSMs.
• Assisting junior and senior CSMs with the implementation of various strategies, the structuring of compliance processes, and the pitching of pricing proposals.
• Working closely with our internal teams (R&D, Finance, Product Support, Tax, Marketing, etc) in order to develop and optimize client requirements and processes, as well as the requirements and processes of my CSM team.
• Ensuring that my entire CSM team's client basket is serviced in line with our internal requirement of "exceptional client service at scale".

Client Success Team Lead

• Structuring cross-border deals for the deployment of high-value technology infrastructure into more than 200 territories across the globe.
• Growing client accounts from nothing into multimillion-dollar revenue streams. 
• Setting up bespoke import processes for cross-border sale transactions requiring flow of funds out of country.
• Conducting regulatory pre-compliance projects for the successful import of various hardware products including servers, switches, routers, cables, power supplies, etc.
• Driving sales of import and export solutions to existing clients.
• Quoting clients on planned technology deployments and roll-outs.
• Assisting clients with service-related queries on live shipments.
• Negotiating various client agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and import/export compliance agreements.

*Drafting opinions and policies on cloud computing strategies for private and commercial banks in South Africa;
*Conducting data protection compliance programmes (POPIA + GDPR) for large corporate clients in the private and public sectors;
*Drafting and negotiating various technology service agreements;
*Conducting due diligence projects and drafting due diligence reports from a technology and data protection perspective;

Completed my Articles of Clerkship with rotations in the following departments:

(1) Technology, Media & Telecommunications (12 months): 
*See experience under Associate position above.

(2) Finance & Banking (6 months):
*Drafting and negotiating various project financing and debt financing agreements;
*Drafting and negotiating inter-company loan agreements;
*Drafting and negotiating board resolutions, shareholder resolutions and formalities certificates as conditions precedent to the advancement of funds under facility agreements;
*Conducting due diligence projects and drafting due diligence reports from a financing and regulatory perspective;
*Drafting capacity and authority opinions and enforceability opinions in respect of financing arrangements;
*Negotiating and drafting term sheets in respect of financing arrangements; and
*Preparing fee estimates and proposals.

(3) Employment (6 months):
*Civil practice and procedure in respect of action and motion proceedings in the Labour Court of South Africa;
*Procedure in respect of urgent motion proceedings to interdict unlawful strikes;
*Conducting research and drafting advisory opinions to clients in relation to employment law jurisprudence on unfair labour practices, collective bargaining structures and industrial action in terms of the provisions of the Labour Relations Act;
*Reviewing transcripts, compiling bundles and drafting review application pleadings;
*Attending arbitrations in the CCMA; and
*Attending opposed motion proceedings in the Labour Court of South Africa.
