During my time at LinkedIn Sales Solutions, I had the incredible opportunity to lead a diverse and talented multinational team spread across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Together, we sparked a revolution in B2B sales and relationship management. Our mission was to empower organizations with the transformative potential of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Sales Insights. By modernizing their sales teams with superior Go-To Market Intelligence, we equipped them to conquer the unique challenges of 21st-century selling.

My home base was at the EMEA & LATAM headquarters in Dublin, but I loved hitting the road to connect with our valued customers throughout the region.

Beyond leading our regional team, I was also privileged to serve on the Global Leadership Team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions. As a collective force, we achieved hypergrowth, propelling the global business to over $1 billion in Annual Recurring Revenue by 2022. Notably, EMEA & LATAM experienced a remarkable sixfold expansion during my tenure.

Additionally, during my tenure, I had the chance to step into the role of leading the North American division of LinkedIn Sales Solutions on an interim basis in FY21. It was a thrilling experience collaborating with teams and customers across the USA & Canada. The unique twist was that I navigated this role remotely from Ireland, prompted by Covid-related travel restrictions.

As General Manager for Dell Ireland I was responsible for the Company’s commercial business on the island of Ireland, leading the Dell teams that deliver innovative and pragmatic technology solutions to its customers in small and medium businesses, public institutions and large enterprises.
 
I also was honoured to represent my 2,500 colleagues here in Ireland across our sites in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick.

I was responsible for managing the sales and marketing functions of the group to deliver on the "desktop to datacenter" portfolio of products and services.

As the Ireland Managing Director I was responsible for the general management of the Irish business across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance.

The role involved full P&L and balance sheet responsibility. As well as being Ireland MD I also sat on the senior management team of the UK business

I managed the UK Consumer Business Division made up of a team of sales, product management, marketing and customer service personnel.

As part of the EMEA Consumer Management Team I was also heavily involved in assisting our VP in overall company strategy on a European level.

My team managed 3 distributors, over 700 B2B resellers and the leading IT retailers in Ireland.
